Who we are
Updraft is a trading name of CPX Digital Solutions. In these terms, "we" and "us" means CPX Digital Solutions, and "you" means the person or business using Updraft.
What we do
Updraft is an AI organic growth service. We offer monthly plans that use AI to help more of the right people find your social profiles, plus tools such as competitor insights and AI post ideas. We are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Facebook or LinkedIn.
Your account
You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for the username you give us. We never ask for your password on any platform.
Billing and renewals
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew until you cancel. Introductory discounts apply to the first billing period only. Cancel any time by contacting us. Your plan then stops at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Results
Follower growth and engagement are not guaranteed. Results depend on your niche, content and consistency. If Updraft isn't for you, see our refund policy.
Acceptable use
No illegal, hateful or sexually explicit accounts or content, and nothing that infringes other people's rights.
Platform rules
Each social platform sets and changes its own rules. No growth service can promise an account will never be reviewed or restricted. We grow at a natural pace and never log in as you, but you use the service understanding this risk.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep any rights your local consumer law gives you.
