How our refund guarantee works, in plain English.
30 day refunds
Within 30 days of any payment, ask for a refund through our contact page. We refund the full payment to your original card, and it usually arrives within 5 to 10 working days. No forms, and we won't try to talk you out of it.
When these may not apply
If your account is made private, deleted, renamed or restricted by the platform, or if you broke our terms. We'll always explain why.
